Bookings and payments
1How do I book a boat?
You can consult with our experienced managers by writing an e-mail to info@ndyacht.com or phone +372 56 97 20 75 about the vessel choice - they will prepare an offer for you, based upon your request. Should you prefer to choose a boat on your own, you can do so by choosing a yacht from Our Fleet.
After having chosen the perfect yacht, we can reserve it for you for several days, with no obligation, giving you time to organize your travel plans.
The vessel is considered booked by you as soon as you pay 30% prepayment of the total price, or the whole charter fee for bookings within 30 days before the departure.
You can either pay by credit card or by bank transfer.

2When can I latest pay for my booked sailing trip?
You prepay 30% of the charter fee in order to confirm your booking. The remaining 70% are paid no later than 30 days before the yacht departures. Otherwise the yacht reservation is cancelled.
3What if my sailing yacht is planned to departure earlier than 30 days from now?
If your sailing trip will occur earlier than 30 days from now, you are obligated to cover the whole charter fee within 24 hours to remain the reservation of your boat.
4What happens if I don’t pay in time?
Your boat reservation is cancelled without any penalty fees.
5Can I pay with cash or credit cards?
At the moment we accept bank transfers, cash payments and by special requests credit and debit cards.
On board the yacht or motor boat
1Can I bring pets?
We do not recommend bringing pets on board. If you want to bring one of your beloved pets, you are advised to consult with our experienced managers by writing an e-mail to info@ndyacht.com or phone +372 56 97 20 75 about the vessel choice - they will prepare an offer for you, based upon your request.
However, bringing a pet on board is strictly your responsibility and neither North Dream Yacht Rent nor the crew is responsible for your pet. The pet should be closely monitored by its owner.
2We are a big group of people and would like to sail to one specific location. How many people can you transport at once?
We have many sailing boats and motorboats in our fleet and can transport up to 150 people at once on just sailing boats
3Can we bring our own food and drinks on board your yachts and motor boats?
Yes. However, red wine and red berries (except strawberries) are not allowed on board any vessels.
4Are children allowed on board? Is there an age limit?
Children can go sailing with you from an early age - there is no age limit, however, their stay on board should be closely monitored by adults.
General questions
1Is there a parking area within the marina?
Yes, our home marina at Noblessner Yacht Club has a parking area which you can use free of charge while you are sailing on our yachts, or motor boats.
2Which vessel type and size should I choose?
The choice of the vessel depends entirely on your wishes and preferences. Our offer includes the following vessel types:
Sailing boats - excellent for both family and active vacation
Motor boats - for speed sailing enthusiasts
3Should I be concerned about getting seasick?
If you have motion sickness, it is advisable to take medicine an hour before going out to sea.
If you've still get seasick while sailing - don't worry, it sometimes takes a day for the inner ear to adapt.
If you are the type who gets motion sickness on everything: cars, planes, boats. . . bathtub. . . this is the time to question if a sailing vacation is for you. If you still really want to give it a go— consider coming during the hot season in July - August, when the waves are lower.
